This just in from WP's Going Out Gurus - Ray's Hell-Burger in Arlington, that devilishly delicious, uber-casual outpost for juicy, cheese-gooey creations (like the one at left) will now be open for lunch on Fridays. Z Burger is another cool burger spot in the District. It is casual with a good selection of food and milkshakes. The one in Tenlytown is real cool, the servers are nice.
